So what exactly are Heavy dice? Well, the mad scientists developed a phenomenal plastic acrylic that is super dense and much heavier than normal plastic. The end result is dice that feel heavy in the hand with a heft reminiscent of metal dice.

Chessex Lab Dice IV are a great experiment! To determine what dice the company will later produce as part of their normal catalog, Chessex is releasing six special sets of dice in a limited production run. The best selling dice will later be incorporated in their product lineup. The others will no longer be produced. If you like a particular color, this may be your only chance to grab a set.
