At Dark Elf Dice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
